2. Type in "ren wai youren" and make the choice in the correct choice in the popup shown to get "人外有人"
Once 拼音 text is created, it can be send to your friends or loved ones in one of the following ways:
- an email in 拼音
- SMS message in 拼音
- Facebook update in 拼音
- Tweet on twitter in 拼音
- copy and paste 拼音 text into any other iPhone/iPod/iPad application
We are excited to provide this convenient way for people to express themselves in their native language.

Fail to see the point
I fail to see the point of this app. It incorporates Google's pinyin input method for Chinese and gives you some buttons to copy the resulting hanzi to other apps, like Facebook. How is this any easier than just using the pinyin input system built into iOS directly in the Facebook (or any other) app?
The description of the app and its instructions are bewildering as well. Notice in the screenshot that it says "type in English to convert to pinyin." That does not seem to really describe what you do with this app, which is to type in pinyin and have it converted to hanzi. So you type "ni hao" and get 你好.
The only reason I can see using this app is if you felt Google's pinyin input was sufficiently better than the built-in one to make up for the inconvenience of having to go back and forth between this app and the one you actually want to use.
It would be much more useful if the app actually let you type pinyin with proper tone marks e.g. "nǐ hǎo". Right now, there is no way to get a third tone mark over a roman vowel in the US English input of iOS (you can get first, second, and fourth since those diacritics are more commonly used in other languages).
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
