This bank provides me with all the tools that I need for my financial well being. After having a great experience in the Wolf Rd branch and talking with the tellers who were so engaged, kind and helpful I decided to transfer all my money to their bank. I love the convenience of the app and all the other features that they offer me. I love this bank and the people that work there. This is truly a home town and family bank.
Latest version removed key feature
One of my main uses of this app was to quickly transfer funds between my accounts. That feature has existed for years and I never had an issue with it. I used it at least a few times every month. It was far more convenient than using the website. That feature is gone in the latest version.
Unable to access so using the ap on my phone, I have contacted the bank numerous times they were unable to resolve the issue. I went to my phone provider and they said the problem is with the app. It would be very helpful if Some one could resolve this issue. I find it hard to believe that this issue has gone on this long. Very dissatisfied with both the bank and the app, issue. Thank you.
