Absolute home run. Completely customizable. Even contact categories. Everything. The synching with Google Calendar is outstanding. Gmail is useless because every conversation is threaded. (I.E. every email from your lender will be lumped together no matter what deal email is about. FAIL) When you mark an action as complete for a deal, it opens a new one to create your next action. Genius. Why doesn't the app do that too?
This is a great follow up tool!!
Very simple! Straight forward program that can be used to manage sales, clients, training process!! You name it! I absolutely love this program! I've tried Sales force, insightly, and others with little to know success! But pipe drive is well thought out and really easy to use!!
