Does not work in Hawaii
App states "order functionality for U.S. Residents only." Last I checked, Hawaii was part of the U.S. When registering it accepted my Hawaii home address and had a selection option for Hawaii. It wasn't until I tried to place an order that I recovered a message "no store available."
Please alter to your app details to read "Contiguous U.S. only," or "U.S. Mainland only," or "does not work in Hawaii/Alaska," or something! I looked before downloading because our Pizza Huts are franchises and our online ordering is a separate sister site. I guess it was too much to get my hopes up that the app would work for us; but when I saw "order functionality for U.S. Residents," with no special Hawaii/Alaska notation, AND it allowed me to select Hawaii as a state option for my registration address, I was counting on the app. Then when I needed it (and believed it useable), I was unable to complete the order.

Doesn't really work at all
When I tap on Re-order it shows what my last order was. Tapping on this takes me to the next screen but nothing is added to my order. Also it never asks if I want to pay cash or use a credit card. It used to ask and I could choose. The app then leads me through screens until the final place order box. But there is still nothing in my order even though I chose to reorder the same thing I've done for several months. Use their mobile web page to place your order, it seems to work just fine.
I use the app frequently because I like the pizza, not because I like the app. But why do I have to select my home store EVERY time? Can't the app just save it and then give me an option to change stores if I need to? Also, in reviewing my order, it's hard to tell what toppings I've selected due to lengthy descriptions of ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING about the pizzas. Less is more.
