Sub par app. Needs a lot of help.
First of all can't make out and difference between the deals. Hard to read. Next pricing was wrong. App offered 4.99 cookie charged me 5.99 (it's my dollar not yours) no breakdown on final price. And then there is their pricing. 3.00 for a 2 liter soda from a company who is or was part of PepsiCo. Minimal attention to detail. Almost no attention given to the user experience. I have no preference over the pizza from PH or one on their competitors. It's just that their app is simple, clear, concise, and easy. Only downloaded app again to try the cookie. It would have been easier to call it in. Will be removing as soon as delivery gets here. PH if your going to do something, do it right or don't do it at all.
Pain in the rear
This is by far the slowest method of ordering pizza I've ever used. It seems like between selections it took upwards of 40 seconds to move to the next selection. When your ordering for a family of six with several different pizza types, we're talking a good 15 minutes or more to complete the order. That's not including the fact that my wife spent 10 minutes and accidentally hit cancel and had to start over.
I should've just gone online or better yet, went down to the store itself since it was carry out...but the deal was online only.
Anyways, hope this app gets a speed and efficiency update soon.
Awkward app
I have to say it has improved from previous versions. The problem I have is it assumes any deal you click on you want when all I am wanting is more details. I dislike the pop-up that comes up every time I want to go back that tells me I will loose this deal. It could at least wait until I had picked a pizza and then chosen to go back. I also dislike having to give an email address. Thankful I have one set up for this purpose. So 3/5 stars where before it was a 1. I do wish you had a tracker!!
