Increments too big after the minute
This app would be terrific if it added only 5-10 seconds each session. It does that until the user reaches a minute, but after that it adds thirty seconds every few days. I'm looking for an app more thoughtfully designed for someone who is not a jock.
Time increases too much
Agree with the last rater. I'm on day 17 and the 30 second jumps are brutal. 10 to 15 second increments would make it more achievable. I don't have too many days left at this pace.
This is an Awesome App!! I love how simple it is!! But my body is starting out really low on the spectrum. I'm on the third day and I'm shaking like a leaf at 20 sec. Earth Quake hit at 30. It doesn't mean I'm giving up. But I would love an app that takes it a little slower just for starting out. Maybe 1 min in 30 days??? 😍😍😍 Who knows maybe as I push through it will get easier 😍😍
