Great idea, great service
This is such an easy and inexpensive way to get your driveway cleared after a snowstorm. No need to sign a contract for hundreds of dollars and then have a winter with only two or three snow storms. With Plowz, you order the plow the night before, they come and do the work and you pay for just that one service.
My only issue with the app itself is that it seems to forget who I am. Each time I order a plow, it asks for all my information again. I hope that bug can be worked out. I always worry they don't know who I am or where my driveway is located.

I was thrilled when I found a service that allowed me to schedule lawn service on the fly. Turnaround is always fast, prices are fair, and the customer service is great! In the couple times I've had minor concerns about the contractor assigned to my job, customer service was quick to jump in and help!
The one area I'd love to see improved is the app. The app has always seemed a little rough around the edges to me. In addition, I sometimes get notifications to sign up for leaf cleanup service even though it isn't available in my area.
Once the app gets a solid update, I'd consider this a 5 star experience!

WOW. I’ve used Plowz & Mowz throughout the season and have been impressed with their great app and awesome customer service. It’s pretty cool to be able to tap a few buttons and get a mow right to my door step. The best part is I don’t have to sign any contract or anything. That’s a deal breaker for me- which makes this app perfect. I pay for them to mow...only when I want it! I just learned they do leaf removal too—now that’s cool! Can’t ever get anyone to come do that for me. Great service!!! Very Impressed.. Looking forward to using them again in winter! A+
