Effective!

I love this app because it's concise. The exercises are simple to follow and can easily be done at home. I wouldn't go based in the other reviews. I guess I like simple stupid and the video demos aren't complicated to follow!

Simple and useful

This app is easy to use and gives simple detailed information. Wish it had in app purchases for specific areas of the body.

For beginners

This has 8 short videos demoing plyo exercises. If you want a quick resource for when you are at the gym its good. Worth .99$ but no more
