Right amount of choices
I love that I can have a yoga class anywhere I want and decide the duration and ability level. It has enough choices of class style without being overwhelming like other websites where I spend all my time deciding which class to take. It's simple and I get down to my practice quickly.
I do wish, however, that there was more reward to the Karma points, like if every new practice place came with a fitting soundtrack or music. Like when I unlocked "ocean", if it came with some wave sounds or a different "setting" of sound.
Beginner Friendly, Variety Needed
I love this app. It's very helpful for beginner in yoga. This app explains every movement and tells you what you are about to do. Also the narrator walks you through every movement without being distracting. Which I love.
The only thing that I dislike is that there aren't enough practices. I would like some more variety in the sessions. The practices are all pretty similar other than the focus shifting to a different particular pose.
Other than for allowing more variety within each session type I love this app. I have incorporated it into my morning routine.
Easy to follow, a great resource
I just started doing yoga a few days ago. I started with this app as my instructor and it is great. Easy to follow, descriptions given of all the poses along with organization filters of difficulty and muscle groups working. There are three practices, some may say not enough variety but for a beginner it's necessary to get the strong foundation. Sure a few switch up of moves would be nice, but overall the app is fantastic. Don't have any complaints, it is a free app after all.
