Great for any business

People rely on the internet and reviews to guide them towards making the right purchase at a reputable establishment. By simply just asking a customer to give you a review goes out of sight out of mind when the customer leaves. With this app you can send a link via text or email to help get the review done for your business. In the world of smartphones this app is phenomenal to get your business ratings up. I send the link to all customers post sale and have had an 80% + success rate with customer reviews. It is much easier to give a review from your smartphone than it is getting to a desktop pc. Quite convenient!!! I love the podium app and will continue to be use it daily as it has brought me many customers. Thanks again.

Unethical company

BUSINESSES BEWARE. Podium makes it nearly impossible to cancel. We used their services from 2016 to late 2017 and decided to postpone use while we went through a few process changes. Our first attempt to cancel was in January 2018. When we got a bill in February we made a second cancellation attempt. It is now mid May and they have still not cancelled our account. Their excuse was the rep we tried to cancel with “is no longer with the company.” Their rep went on to say that they are “sorry we feel that we need to be reimbursed” and that they cannot because they do not have proof we tried to cancel. (They do not record calls when convenient for them)

Strongly recommend businesses look elsewhere for review sites as it’s just as important to have a good product as it is to do good, ethical business. STRONG PASS ON THIS COMPANY.

Not Bad

The guy who commented nailed everything about getting a review and how this app offers convenience. 100% agree. HOWEVER - a big update is needed in order to fix the loading errors that keep occurring when you’re trying to view older messages. Sometimes it bugs out if you go too far and repeats the same messages over and over. I use this almost everyday and i still think it deserves more than a 5 star rating. I’m excited to see what it has to offer in the future.
