Better then $18 a month
This is a decent app for what u pay for. Unlike other apps like it, u can enter in your daily and weekly allowance and once u go over your daily, it'll add to your weekly. It also resets your daily points every day automatically which is nice. Now the bad. As a point calculator it's tough to enter numbers, I have to use another app for that. The fruit looking fields to enter numbers is nice to look at but just doesn't work and isn't needed. There's no way to round points to whole numbers so u have to deal w 4.23 and 8.67 type of points which can be annoying tho I'm sure more accurate. It doesn't have a way to save points for foods u often eat. And lastly it resets your weekly points to 0 always on Sunday. My week runs Wed-Tue so I can save my extra points for drinking on the weekend. I have to reenter my weekly points used every Sun. I hope the developer reads any constructive input and updates the app. At .99, u get what u pay for. I'd be happy to pay more for a better app. Still I'm grateful for it as the alternative seems pricey for me just wanting the calculator.
Does the right match but doesnt always respond
I ran this side by side with an actual WW calc and it gets the same answer. Tokk a while to get it where I could enter what I ate in the notes
The problem seems to be touch response. The calculate, home, log, clear buttons always work. But pciking the wedges on the calc screen can be trying. also trying yo select the blue circled arrow to add anote to your points often gets the copy dialog instead.
Love the copy function. Once you have a food you eat on one day you can copy it to another. example i have oatmeal most mornings, i just pick it from yesterday and copy to today . No re-entering the carbs, protein, fat, and fiber.
Needs a lot of improvement!
I don't like this APP, I find myself trying to avoid punching in data and asking a friend of mine who is on WW as well to calculate. A simple calculator would be much better than the fruit shape. It looks to busy and hard to quickly push which category you want. The notes section should be easier to log what you ate for breakfast lunch and dinner as well. And be able to keep a favorite food list. I feel like I wasted my money and I went on to buy someones else WW app for $2.99
