Continue story ?

Just like a lot of others the game is good, fun to play etc.. however when is the story going to be upgraded and the next hotel unlocked. I’ve been waiting since July 2017 after finishing hotel Elysium and even contacted support about it and they told me to wait for the next context update. The game updated a good 5-6 times since then with no continuation of the story. Also there should be a way to evolve the figures to the highest level instead of only being able to evolve only if you have all the evolutions. I understand that’s how they get money but it’s honestly stupid. I play the game but to really play you have to buy legendary figures or the fully evolved forms. If i get the lowest evolution of said Pokémon figure i should be able to evolve it with out having to pay for the next evolution. Also it takes for ever to level up the figures! I started the game back in June 2017 and finished the hotels up to Elysium (this includes doing events, fusions and opponent battles) my Pokémon figures are at level 4... seriously every match is like oh your defeated the boss or a very hard player all legendaries here’s 4-16 exp points... that’s really stupid so there’s not many ways to get good Pokémon or even make them good... I’m about to delete the game and call it’s quits. To be honest Pokémon is just a money hog and will do mostly anything for money i was surprised that the app itself was free.

Mew needs an upgrade. Few things I wish they could add

I think the game is a great game, though I honestly think the gem store is stupidly overpriced. Also make a way so you can ACTUALLY make an account. I wish I could continue my old save but it wouldn’t work. Other than that it’s a great game. Hard to get diamonds, but I love the idea of having the fast start thing, giving you extra at the beginning. One thing I really wish you could do though would be TRADE! I mean seriously, it’s not Pokémon if you can trade! Though I do get that people may just make multiple accounts, take advantage of the fast start and all, but what you could do is make it so you can only trade Pokémon of the same rarities. Also, mew NEEDS an upgrade. Mew is supposed to be one of the strongest Pokémon in the game, but that will never happen with a Pokémon with 30 and 50 attack. Why not give him an ability like transform. I mean he IS one of the only two Pokémon that can use that move. It would be something like this...

Change mew into another Pokémon on the field of your choice. When this Pokémon faints, change it back to mew.
(Be like 2 stars btw)

if i have to be honest...

i've played Pokémon Duel for awhile now. i love the board game aspect, the mechanics, the move sets... i love all of that. it's a fun game to play, but really, it's not perfect.
first of all, the AI you play against, whether in Quests or Training basically get the best chances out of anyone in this game. the chances they spin the perfect attack in the perfect situation every single time is frustrating. i get three of my EX figures knocked out by the same Common figure in a row. what's up with favoriting the AI so much? it's really not fair.
second, how this game defines "P2W." "buy more gems! buy 10 boosters! try your luck!" the 4-, 6-, and 10-pack boosters guarantee 1 EX/UX figure, which is true, but the rest of the figures your gonna get in that pack are R and below. i know you guys need money to keep your game up, but forcing people to buy the best figures just to be a good player is kind of lame.

i'm also still waiting for a Story Mode/Quest update. we haven't gotten one in awhile, and going through the story is one of the only reasons i still play this game. can you at least add one more hotel to play through?
