App is ok there are a few glitches
I've played Texas Hold'em for a few years and this app ranks up at the top as one of the best. I know a lot of people are complaining about the new update and honestly there are a few things that have changed which are causing some problems but overall the update improved several things making the game much more exciting and visually stimulating. I have no problems at all with losing chips or any other technical issue. When I had a question support was right there to help. After reading some of the reviews I honestly have a hard time believing that some of this issues were not addressed. To the people that are complaining if this is one the best apps ever why dog out the creators that put so much time and effort into trying to improve this app? Maybe try to give suggestions instead of just giving up on one of the best poker apps available. I always have enjoyed playing on this app and like I said I have had none of the issues others have. Thinking the problems their having are within there devices not with the this app. On that ill end with I still love Zynga's Texas Hold'em and think the new updates were excellent with a few glitches that I trust will be worked out soon. I'm gonna stick with them and when they do fix these issues I hope the people that complained will give all the hard workers behind the scenes and pat on the back and 2 thumbs up! You guys are awesome!! Keep the hard work up cause I know your doing it! NO HATERS ALLOWED!!!
Best Poker App!
I had many phones and wasn't able to play Texas hold em > I'm in bed trying to sleep, now I don't have to walk downstairs to play or chat with my true friends. It's very convenient . Thanks I tunes ( Apple ) . P.s. My husband can hold me now , while I play. Isn't life grand ? Lol. I just love my new I Phone!!!. The only thing I don't like is I can't collect my collectibles and add my friends who aren't on. Plus I can't determine a club from diamond. Now I downloaded the new app. , and you can't see the chat on top of your pic, which means u can't say vnh or thanks, or yw etc. My main problem is that I purchased over 170 million chips, yahoo changed my e mail address with Verizon and I lost all my buddies and 144 million chips. I wrote to Facebook , and zynga for their help and my 144 million chips and all my buddies and collectibles and my 89 level was taken away and never replaced by I tunes till this day. Now when I play zynga I keep getting knocked off and they keep my 4 million chips, and I have to wait till it says connecting to your friends getting your drink etc.. Then the keys lock and I can't bet and it jumps me to the next lightning table and adds another 4 million chips after I just lost 4 million chips. Please the chips are expensive and I'm retired on a disability , I would appreciate it if you look into the problem. Thank you lorraine mcmillan Hagerty. It is a .5 star game in my book . I just can't afford to lose my chips.!
I love it except . . .
I luv this game. Feel like really playing , but it cheat sometimes. How can chips reduce if haven't played to loose them It folds my hand when "call" a bet, I hate that! It kicked me off in the middle of playing! I hate that!This game is very addictive. I love sending gift chips to buddies. I look forward to playing this game everyday!This was my favorite game until it consistently steal my chips!!! That really pisses me off!!! If I lose chips again I will delete this game for good!! Then when I send in a complaint I get a stupid response like my chips can't be returned to me because I did not provewas broken into. How on earth can a person prove that !! My chips are gone so obviously somebody hacked it!! Then you have the audacity to have tutorials on how to hack an account!! There will be someone who understand that crap!!!Then you had the nerve to put on here that people who complain too many times would be put in poor standing with support !!! How much nerve is that!!!! Support rarely answer my complaint and when it did, it was totally unsatisfactory!!!! People are going to get tired of getting their chips stolen!!! You'll start seeing a lot of complaints on Facebook, twitter and every other social media. You need to fix the taking people's chips problem!!!!! This is a good game to play but not good enough for me to delete you and tell my poker friends about the in action of zynga to rectify a problem!!!
