Won't sync with iPhone!

If you want the date to show on your phone, if you want to be able to analyze and compare and your activity and training, if you want to have a full access to the features of this activity tracker BUT you have an iPhone.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Polar has been aware of the issue for over a year now and yet, nothing has been done to fix it. I got my beautiful A360 which I was able to initially sync with my phone ... for 3 days. That's how long it worked and kept the connection. After 3 days, the connection has failed and going through all the customer support do's and don'ts and hours of trying to reset/ restart/reboot/reinstall... It still won't work. Don't get me wrong, the A360 itself is a gem and I absolutely love it, but what's the use if I can't see the data tomorrow or the day after , or compare my workouts at the end of the day. All the cool stuff is in the app... Which won't sync with your Polar ! SHAME ON YOU POLAR!

Solid App With Some Growth Opportunities

I have been using the app with my V800 (with HR strap and bike sensors) for some time now. The app and the Flow web app are a big step up from the legacy tools. I do wish you could have auto-syncing without the smart notifications enabled and that it would read more data from Healthkit like weight. It would also be nice if the training calendar / favorite acitivies could be better leveraged in the iOS app like they can be on the web app. Over all my experience has been pretty solid in conjunction with the V800.

Impossible to connect via Bluetooth

Got a brand new Polar A360 for Christmas this year (our family opened presents early due to some scheduling issues) and was super excited to start using it. It is impossible to pair my new watch to the app via Bluetooth. While the watch itself still has some functionality on its own, the main reason I purchased it was because of the duality of use with the app and the ability to track workouts over time. It seems like I'm not the only one with this problem, and I'm not happy about it. Polar needs to fix this ASAP.
