I never review apps, but this one was so bad I felt a moral obligation to warn people. Someone tried to send our business a payment using this app and we almost immediately got locked out of our account. I called customer service and they said that the problem was that I used it from my phone and not a computer, so they couldn't verify my IP address. Why do you make an iPhone app for a service that shouldn't be used on an iPhone? They said that because of the backlog of people getting locked out, it would take 4-5 days to get it unlocked. He suggested having the sender cancel the payment and use another payment method.

Awful Customer Service


I tried to pay my dad $1000 in two payments of $500. First one went through alright, but then second one wouldn’t. I called customer service and was told that my account had been frozen (of which there was no notification of any kind), but that their verification team would get back to me in three to four business days. First of all that is a ridiculously long time when money is involved and secondly it has been more than a week and I haven’t heard back from anyone.
I will be deleting my account and finding other ways to send money. What a joke of an app.

Don’t waste your time, use Zelle or Venmo


Originally thought this app would be great, promised a same day delivery of a payment I was collecting. Turns out they communicate one thing with the payee, and another with the payer. Had to awkwardly call my customer and ask if everything had gone through. They had received an email that my payment would go through in 2-3 business days, but told me the payment would be there the same day. Use Zelle (actually works for same day payments) or Venmo (honestly communicate a 2-3 business day turnaround). Can’t wait for this app to go out of business.
