• Recreation — Vibram created a new type of rubber sole, known as Arctic Grip, that mimics the design of polar bear paws to keep feet from slipping while walking—or running, even—on ice.
• Do Not Fear Gene-Edited Food — Ever since federal regulators approved genetically modified seeds 20 years ago, we’ve been a nation torn. But is GM food—which could improve global food supply—really something to fear?
• Now — Uber’s director of engineering sat down with Popular Science to explain how the company’s self-driving cars work, what the company will do in the event of a crash, and how long until driverless is the default Uber experience.

No access

My subscription says I have Digital access to Popular Science and I do not. I entered my account number & email as instructed in the app and nothing.
I also emailed Popular Science about the problem and no response after a week. Get with the program PopSci!

This is sold as an iPhone app. Meanwhile, when you open an issue it's just a zoomed out view of the print magazine that's impossible to read without zooming and panning. Can't believe this.

Not yet working

Buttons to enter print-subscription info yield only blank screens on both iPhone and iPad.
