Very helpful app

I don’t usually write review for my purchase, but this time I have to say, it’s a good tool! It’s quite flexible to do a variety of gestures, and lighting system is very helpful too! And I believe this app can be even better!

I click on some body parts and move them by mistake quite often, it will be awesome if there’s an undo button so I can move it back quickly.

There isn’t any numeric value aside to indicate how many angles I turn the body parts, so it slows down my process to adjust the gesture.

There are groups of arrows for different directions on the bottom left for you to move the selected body parts. Awesome! But I think it will be more user friendIy if they tell which one does the front-back, which one does the left-right and so on. The arrow icons right now all look the same and that might cause confusion. It took me a while to click on the right one to move to the correct direction in my mind.

I would be very appreciated if they can be the next update! Overall, it’s a great app to purchase!

Great tool for animators. In terms of user experience, it's a triumph.

Excellent update

Awesome all the way- been with it since day 1.

Also wanted to add that it could be really cool if you did a light overlay option of the anatomy/simplified body map over the regular rendered figure. I think could be powerful for learning- because when you overlay the anatomy map it’s kind of offset a bit but also since the regular figure isn’t showing all of that anatomy- I think it could be really powerful if there was a button for an overlay of a line drawing over specifically mapping out the areas of anatomy that is showing on each specific figure.

I absolutely love the stick figure! I think I requested if first! The next evolution would be to have a mesh of manikin and simplified skeleton. You know but still keep the standard wooden one as is. I also think it would be cool if you did some different style mannequin set ups. One with more rounded oval forms for the rib cage and pelvis, one purely made of boxes, one a mix of both, and whatever else. Everyone’s eyes see things differently- I think options like that would be super powerful.

With the advancements in AR and facial recognition- there are so many places you can take the software. If you take advantage of the true depth camera system which will be coming to iPad soon- oh wow we could do so much. Picture being able to have the true depth camera map the models facial expression with your own expressions. Or popping the figure into a scene through AR. I see it happening- and if it wasn’t on your mind- I think it will be now!!

This tool has been a game changer since the first version. It has allowed rapid figure learning acceleration- along with one of the best learning tools for light. Amazing how big of an impact something like this has- and even cooler that you made it early on in the game.
