What if you could monitor your own positive and negative thoughts, and enjoy it? This app allows you to do just that. But first, a story…..
There once lived a guru who kept track of the negative and positive thoughts he had during a day. He'd drop a black pebble in a bowl for a negative thought, and a white pebble for a positive thought. In the beginning, he had far more negative thoughts than positive. Everyday he performed this task, with the goal to have more positive thoughts than negative, and then virtually no negative thoughts. In the end, he was successful.
I heard the above story 10 years ago, and knew I wanted to monitor my positive and negative thoughts. At the time, there was not a “mobile” way to accomplish this, so I used a post-it note and tick-marks. Everyday, I kept track of my thoughts. I assure you that after years of use, THIS PROCESS WORKS. But who wants to carry around post-it notes?
How to use this App:
We’ve created a fun way to keep track of your thoughts. Just like the story, you drop black and white pebbles into a glass jar. Throughout the day, monitor your thoughts, and be honest with yourself. If you have a negative thought, off-set it with a positive thought. Simply hit the "+" and "-" symbols. This is not a hassle to do. In fact, you’ll enjoy watching your progress, and the improvement obtained in all aspects of your life. Enjoy and good luck!
