Despite the constant negative press covfefe we've updated our app with new fiksezez!
In the Payment section of your Settings, tapping the "Learn More" link would troll you by not actually letting you learn a single thing more than you knew before you tapped. We choose to no longer play you like that.
There's a very neat improvement to the tracking screen after you order that we're not ready to talk about, since only some of you can see it in this update. If you notice it, give us a tweet @Postmates. If you don't notice it, don't complain to @Postmates. It's not a big deal, we'll get to you soon.
There's 19 other tiny fiksesez that is in this version that you may not notice consciously, but as they say- it's not the 1 small thing you'll notice, it's the 1,000 small things.

Waste of money
Well thought I would give it a try. Not only do they charge you exaggerated amount for delivery but for the first time ordering with them I didn't even receive my food. What a joke contacted customer service and asked for a refund they said they called and messaged me saying the driver was out waiting for me. Which they didn't. So not only did I lose $40. 20 for delivery and 20 for the food. I asked them to contact the driver and get her to come back and drop the food off because I contacted them immediately and after that I never received an email back from them. Defiantly wouldn't recommend post mates. So many other better apps out there.
First time trying
I loved the delivery and the food of course. On time and friendly driver. I like how you can track the order, this will probably replace grub hub for me and affordable delivery fee. Thanks!
Terrible service
Have messed up numerous orders with no intention of compensating me as a customer. Constantly have incompetent delivery people who don't know what they're doing. Customer service is impossible to reach and only operate through an email system. When emailing with the people from customer service they use a template to respond and don't help with the issue at hand
