What's New in Version 3.9.38

This one time, at bandcamp ...

... in Tucson - I tried to Postmate a wind instrument.

And I could not.

Now I can.

Then I drove to Riverside for an Alien Ant Farm show. And I tried to Postmate an enchilada.

And I could not.

Now I can.

Feels good, man.

Here it is, your moment of zen, 1 code good for 1 free delivery for the first 100 lucky stans: WARRIORS2018

Customer Reviews

Hold the driver accountable

The purpose of this is to DELIVER the orders to the customer not wait outside a hospital. without providing details as to where you’re located and expecting your customers to go on a wild goose hunt to locate a driver is ridiculous and awful customer service. Especially when you will not hold the driver responsible, after all WE’RE the customer. This company’s policy is understandable when the customer is in the wrong but when your driver is wrong by not coming to the said department what is your policy regarding that?? Charge your customer for the food without a refund IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RIPOFF & down right WRONG. This is sad and pathetic to be biased towards your customers when CLEARLY your driver is in the wrong. I’ll use UBER eats from here on, they know how to treat their loyal customers. I’ve also shared this poor customer service with my ENTIRE hospital via email to not use POSTMATES unless they want to be ripped off. Way to treat a disabled veteran!!!!!!!!!

If you are a gambler, then this service is for you! Pay money to order food, pay a delivery fee, tip, then just sit back, cross your fingers and hope you get what you ordered.
If you don't get what you ordered, that's where the excitement begins... there's no way to get in touch with your delivery person. For instance, you order a drink, the driver doesn't deliver it and by the time you realize it's missing, you better run fast because unless you physically catch up to them you lost the gamble. Call the restaurant for help you say? Sorry pal, they blame Postmates. Contact Postmates you say? Fat chance. Your only recourse is to report the missing items thru the app and then sit back and wait for an email response. Their solution? They refund the item. So if the driver or restaurant screw up, someone goes without eating and you have the privilege of having to pay the delivery fee for food that wasn't delivered.

Worked Great Initially, Now Unusable

Our first two food orders were great. Since then we’ve had three orders that were accepted, then 10 minutes later cancelled. No explanation, and no good way to contact support to find out why. We’ve just done DoorDash for each of them - kept trying Postmates because the interface is nice, but at this point we’re done. Definitely need some way to find out why orders are cancelled- as it is, just frustrating and time consuming. Recommend one of the many competitors.
