Pothole Fairy creates a platform for anonymous users to notify others of pothole locations to help improve commutes and prevent flat tires. To add a pothole hover the light blue shovel over its location on the map, and tap the red button. Select the severity of the pothole by sliding the different colored shovels and add a descriptive note to help others be more aware of it's specifics. Once a pothole has been added to the map any user can update it with new information should it be fixed or become worse A Pothole will expire if set to 'Patched up' after 30 days.
We added location tracking and made the notes field optional.
Ratings and Reviews
Pot home fairy seems pretty like a pretty nice concept but without photos to assist location or any sort connection any groups that take action themselves it seems like a bit of a pointless exercise. PDX is pretty documented and that makes sense since the devs are located in SE portland.
The app works reasonably well but is very narrow scope.
