Flexible Work, Reasonable Pay

I started with Poured because I need a flexible schedule to support my lifestyle as a creative. Poured came through with great time slots with interesting companies. I am happy with it.
My 4-star rating is for some app glitching and inconvenience. The timecard portion of the app is difficult to navigate because it only allows you to log in EXACTLY when you are scheduled. For instance, if I arrive to a 9am shift at 8:57am I am not allowed to clock in until 9am on the app. But by 9am, I am already actively working and can’t discreetly pull my phone out to clock in or I get caught up in the work and forget about the app. This results in clocking in late and can be a pain.
With some app updates and a way to block double booking, I think this is a winner.

Good, but can be improved

I love that we can now use the app to book jobs and clock in and out. Some improvements to consider:
1. Allow the ability to see your clock in and outs
2. Give a total hours worked daily and/or each pay period
3. If we forget to clock out we should be able to adjust our clock out time back to an earlier time (the time we left)
4. Enable the ability to save log in... almost every time I get ready to clock in I have to re-enter my email and password. 🙄

These are all great ideas! Thanks for the suggestions. The login thing was irritating and we just fixed that in version 3.0

Terrible

This app has had glitches since I’ve first downloaded it. I would get massive amount of texts saying I have job offers that didn’t exist. I worked my first shift on the 28th of February and still haven’t been paid because my on boarding was a whole entire mess. Then I was told I accepted a shift I never accepted, then on top of that without even discussing with me to get my side I was told I was removed from the app. I had proof I never accepted the shift and the app is a faulty mess and of course after sending proof POURED has yet to reach out to me. Now I look bad to a company for something that was out of my control. This app is a mess all around !!!

Since version 11.6, we have made major changes to improve the user experience, especially to our notification system to eliminate any surges in alerts. All users can be assured that they will be informed promptly and accurately when they have shifts confirmed. Only when our talent have unexcused absences will issue a warning for missing a shift. We pride ourselves in paying our talent accurately and on time, and have since even created the option for next day pay!
