Put your iPhone or iPad on the floor, hit Start, and within seconds you’ll be lunging, jumping, dipping and diving. A foxy guide shows you when to rest and when to move. At the end of 20 minutes you’ll be panting, sweating, and smiling.
Power 20 is a series of carefully curated, intense and effective workouts. We emphasize design and usability to deliver safe, tested and effective exercise combinations. These are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts that use plyometric exercises. Each workout enhances strength, endurance, balance, and muscle tone.

Power 20 is safe and effective for people of all ages. Choose from one of three workout levels. You don’t need any prior knowledge of exercise or to be in great shape to use it. Just be sure you have your doctor’s approval for doing any kind of exercise routine.

WHAT IS HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING?
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves brief, high-intensity movement followed by brief periods of rest. HIIT workouts can be more effective than 30 or 60-minute workouts. Power 20 is a form of high intensity interval training.
WHAT ARE PLYOMETRICS?
All the exercises in Power 20 are “plyometric” exercises. Plyometrics are designed to produce fast and powerful movements that improve your ability to do useful, real-life tasks, like running in short bursts, lifting things, climbing stairs, and avoiding falls.

Nice, quick no equipment workout
I like this quick, total body workout. The simple graphics and timers are great for people who don't want a lot of instruction, just the moves and a timer. If you aren't familiar with some of the moves, body alignment and movement aren't explained, so I could see how this wouldn't be for novices.
I would like to have a voice call out the next moves so I'm not constantly looking at the screen for what move to do. But I don't want to over complicate the app bc the simplicity is one of the things I like. I also like the "reward" of unlocking another workout.

Fantastic option for the home workout
I do all if my workouts outside of the gym. This is a perfect muscle training pair to cardio home/nature workouts. I find that i use this for 20 minutes and then use Mapmyrun or Running for Weight Loss to complete my workout. I am a fit person and I feel this app has the range to help improve my performance and to give me a substantial workout. Recommend for everyone!
Great for quick at home workouts!
Great for when I don't have enough time to get to the gym and want a challenging, quick workout at home. It even mixes in cardio moves like burpees and jumping squats to keep your heart rate up while targeting your muscle groups.
