Each week's video will help you strengthen and tone muscles needed for a healthy pregnancy and delivery. Each exercise is designed to provide you with the most appropriate workout for your week of pregnancy using Pilates, Yoga and strength training exercises you can do at home with no additional equipment. Short videos and descriptions will show you exactly how to do the exercise and will explain how the exercise will help you build muscle or relieve stress.

This is a scam

Literally paid 4$ for an app that suggests 1 exercise per week. On my 19th week of pregnancy, the app suggested planks. That’s it. I kept searching for a workout plan or something, but no I paid $4 for an app to tell me to plank this whole week for a minute. This is the first time I ever felt ripped off and I am sorry I even bought it without doing my research first.

No sound, worthless

I wish I had read the previous review that mentioned that there was no sound. I thought it was because of the free version and purchase the app, but there is still no sound on the videos. Useless.

Paid for the app. There is no sound. Pretty useless without sound. Yes I have tried all the volume and speaker settings. Very unhappy.
