Need More Workouts

Good exercises but not with upgrading as the exercises are the exact same in each routine, just in a different order. Felt like false pay for more routines implies new exercises. Not the case.


I'm not fitness professional to be able to say that these workouts are just right for pregnant ladies, but I am pregnant and find this to be helpful and easy to incorporate into my day. Great part of my morning routine. Upgrade the app so that you can get all of the workouts. Worth it.

Really Good but missing a couple things

I bought this app because it had the most reviews that were positive. I agree with what I read. It has good routines. I had been using a regular exercise app prior to this one but at about 12 weeks along I started getting painful cramping, so I knew I needed a change. This has filled the gap the other app left. One thing I didn't like was that some of the animations seem unclear about how to do the exercise, today I realized there is a little question mark next to the exercise, which when clicked, shows you step by step explanations. The only thing it is still missing in my opinion, are clear warm ups and cool downs. I would like more stretches for cool down at the end for this to be the perfect app.
