Ratings and Reviews
Really Good but missing a couple things
I bought this app because it had the most reviews that were positive. I agree with what I read. It has good routines. I had been using a regular exercise app prior to this one but at about 12 weeks along I started getting painful cramping, so I knew I needed a change. This has filled the gap the other app left. One thing I didn't like was that some of the animations seem unclear about how to do the exercise, today I realized there is a little question mark next to the exercise, which when clicked, shows you step by step explanations. The only thing it is still missing in my opinion, are clear warm ups and cool downs. I would like more stretches for cool down at the end for this to be the perfect app.
I upgraded but probably should not have since the levels are the same exercise just in a different order. That said, good for quick, at home exercise that is easy for almost anyone. I would like it if there was a 10 second warning just before the exercise starts and when the exercise is 10 seconds from being over. The 7 minute workout challenge app does that and I really liked it when I was using it pre-pregnancy.
Like but wish there were more different exercises
When you purchase the app "Routine 2,3,4 etc" are exactly the same exercises as Routine 1 just in a different order. I found that very disappointing. However, it’s great for a quick all-around workout. I suggest having something on the screen that indicates how far along you are in the 20 minutes, a countdown of the time so you know how much time is left.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
