This app does one thing but it does it extremely well. If you give presentations, training, tutorials, or speak publicly, this app is for you. Beautifully animated, with large, easy to read numbers that change colors at thresholds you determine. When the timer hits 0:00, the colors invert (black on red) and continue counting up indicating how long you've gone over. Fully customizable options and simple touch controls
* Create and save as many timers as you want
* Set time limits for color warnings to change the clock to green, yellow and red
* Timers can be configured to give audible and/or vibration alerts when crossing a time limit threshold—but if you want a completely silent countdown, thats ok too :)

Finally! Just what I was looking for!
I am a professional trainer. I even train other to give presentations. This is a great countdown timer to keep us all on track. It has large fonts on black background when you turn your phone sideways. It counts down so you always no how much time you have! You can set the start time (green) and first warning (yellow) and next warning (red) as it counts down by minutes and seconds (even hours). When the presenter goes over time, the background changes to red, the font to black, and the timer starts counting up! It is perfect for times when we need to watch our time. I suggested my whole team download this to our phones. Cost is negligible.
Really loved the app until...love it even more.
This was my original post above. But now there is less chance of that because the touch area to start and stop has been reduced. Would be nice if that area were made clear or a stylized Button I still think press and hold to stop would rock. Don't understand what folks complaining about with the running on, as a presenter, you stop your timer when done. You forgot to stop it, that'd be on you. If I go over I need to see how much. This is still the best to me.
ALSO: Suggestion: Please make it where it will stay open as small video window so i can use my Good Reader and have my time rocking at the same time. That would just rock!
Latest Update is Problematic
This used to be a very simple, very effective timer for my speech classes at a university. Now it's much harder to use, it used to be very easy to pause or reset and now the buttons are inconsistent and hard to make work properly expecially for something like a debate round where switching between timers takes a lot of effort. Pausing is hard to do, resetting is often not working or takes several tries. The concept is good but the UI needs an overhaul to make it easier to switch and reset timers.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
