Straight forward and easy to navigate
The app is not fancy but it is really straight forward and easy to use. You. An check your balance, make internal transfers and schedule payment quickly. The only downside, which is not an app design flaw but a bank policy flaw, is that it requires you to write " for mobile deposit with presidential bank" on the back of a check in order to deposit it through the app.
Really useless. After 20 tries, it couldn’t take the complete check picture. At the end, I have to give up and deposit check somewhere else. Really need to improve mobile check deposit.
First time using this app. Started out annoying. Downloaded and tried to deposit a check. Got message (last Monday) saying that I needed to be approved for using the mobile deposit service. Expect an approval email in 2 business days. Just got the email today (the following Monday-that's at least 4 full business days plus a weekend by my count) and tried to make my deposit again. Got to the picture taking part. The image quality is terrible (even if I only have an iPad 2-it's still a 2megapixel camera only 8 inches from the subject.) The image is set to very high contrast which makes the picture highly pixelated. The app made me retake the front image 7 times before accepting it and I'm pretty sure the image never got any better. I have not had these problems with the USAA mobile deposit app. This one needs a bit more work to be "easy" to use. Great idea--poor execution. If you have time to waste trying to get it to work or you "have" to get that deposit in and cannot get to an ATM, go for it. I'm waiting for version -2.0, maybe 2.1.
