Customer Service ... doesn’t exist


Apparently if you created an online account before November 2017 then you’re SOL. You do not exist in the digital world as far as Priority Pass is concerned. When they ship you your new card they fail to inform of this critical piece of information in their correspondence and forget phone support they are unable - unwilling to help.

They like taking your money they just don’t value you as a customer. Now I suppose I have to try to create a “new account” with the same PP # and name and email ... let’s see how well this works especially when I can still login to their website and app with old/current credentials. Stunning how poor some companies can be in the digital age. You would think they would find a way to transition existing customers to the new digital “system”. It’s a joke!

Chase has a countless number of card holders that have PP as a privilege I guess PP doesn’t care for the business.

Great app


I followed the instructions sent to me from the Priority Pass which has membership number and pin to be used to creat an account at the website. Then I downloaded the App. You only need to log in once and the app remembers you next time when you open it. The digital card information automatically shows up. I don’t need to login every time.

I checked information on my local airport as well as the city I am going to. I found it super easy to use. I have Amex with Priority Pass as added benefit. Those complaining the digital card doesn’t work should check whether their credits cards have digital cards benefit.

One suggestion I have is to show the location as a map in addition to text descriptions. It would be even better if it can be linked to real time location map to guide you to the nearest lounge based on your location at the airport.

Thanks for a great app! I don’t review apps that much, but feel compelled to do this after seeing so many perhaps unfair comments.

Used to be solid - newest revision is awful


This app used to be so much better. It was reliable, allowed data to be accessed offline, allowed us to save favorites, etc. Now, after a complete rewrite, it is practically useless.

It does still allow you to search for and find clubs. However, now it does not allow for offline browsing. For some inexplicable reason, they removed the favorites option, and changed the login so that you have to enter your credentials every single time. The supposed digital card is a joke and is nowhere to be found in the app, and the member number does not even display in the profile.

I would be curious to know who in the company actually signed off on this “upgrade” which took a pretty solid app and made it almost completely useless. Get it together, Priority Pass!
