Description
Designed to help Priority Pass Members find an airport lounge anytime, anywhere, this FREE app searches our database of over 1000 lounges worldwide and its enhanced functionality improves user experience.
Users can search for a lounge by typing the name of a city, country or airport or simply scroll through lists. Rate lounges, save lounges as favourites, see recent searches and activate GPS to find your nearest lounge quickly.
The My Account section lets you track your visit history and manage your lounge visits while some Priority Pass members will be invited to test the new FlightAlerts BETA and give feedback.
Permissions required:
• Location (approximate network based or precise GPS/network based location) allows you to search for lounges nearby while Contacts (reads your contacts) lets you add phone and email contacts from your phone book into FlightAlerts BETA, so you can receive notifications via email or text.
• Photos (reads the contents of your Photo Library) lets you save your Digital Membership Card to Photos, while as a logged in user
• Background App Refresh (My Plan, Flight Alerts History and Credits Balance, Visit History, Airline List) lets you download data for My Account and FlightAlerts BETA when the app is in the background.
• Just update the data and then use offline – we recommend you always download fresh data when you first use the app.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Great app!
For those of you complaining about no digital cards and giving the app a poor rating because you didn't do your research, get a different credit card and do your homework BEFORE applying for a credit card... instead of complaining after. If priority pass was a major reason you got your credit card... then you really really should have done your homework. This app works fantastically for me.. I have a digital card and priority pass select through Amex platinum. The app is great for locating lounges. I personally like the physical card, but it's nice to have the digital one... but most importantly, the app it does its job and it is good.. so 5 stars from me!
THE ANSWER: to why the digital membership card is missing
I'm giving the app 3/5 stars because the app does what it's supposed to do. The missing 2 stars is because of the lack of detail. IF you received your priority pass select membership through a credit card, Priority Pass themselves don't have your information; therefore not allowing you to have a digital card. IF you PAID for the membership yourself directly to them, then it allows you to gain access to other options that are missing for the most of us select members. I called the company directly and this was their answer to me. I hope this clears up most of the confusion. Other than that the app works great to figuring out what lounges I have access to when traveling.
No Digital Pass for Chase Reserve Users
After reading other reviews about getting a digital pass, I carefully registered with Priority Pass online first and got an account. Then downloaded the Priority Pass Select app, entered my user name and password and I was in - except for one thing. No digital pass. Called Priority Pass Support (New Years Eve and they were there) but they explained that some Credit Cards do not purchase the right to the digital pass for their members. So I called Chase Reserve customer service and they agreed: Reserve users are NOT entitled to the digital pass. Too bad Chase does not make this clear and save everyone a lot of time trying to figure it out. Register your complaint with Chase, not with Priority Pass.
