This is the best photography app I've come across. With all the features of a professional 35 mm, you really can take beautiful crisp pictures. The developers a ProCamera have been using iPhone's camera in a much more effective and downright gorgeous way. It is almost the only camera app I use anymore I wish they had low light for video that would be beautiful either in green screen but I would prefer without green screen thank you proCamera do you make me look good. Lol
I really wish they had a negative sharpen (blur) control on that portion of the editing tools. I would really appreciate a larger image on the screen to edit with. As an older person we don't see as much detail without the image just being larger, and I bet younger people agree also. Gorgeous app all in all, & if that's all I have to ask to add to an already best app, that's pretty darn close to perfection guy❤️. Love it and all you who created and improve it.
Terrific App - especially HDR -worth the money
Photography is my hobby so I use my iPhone 6s along with my Canon 70D and I'm surprised and delighted how often the ProCamera app gives me terrific shots on my iPhone, often comparing to those on my Canon. It is definitely worth paying the extra few bucks for the HDR upgrade option because that's where the magic starts. My default setting for this app is HDR at 16:9 aspect ratio and it seldom disappoints. One thing if you're new to it - the app offers you 5 options to "save" for each photo in HDR. Make sure you check the ones you want to keep and uncheck those you don't and then "save" - before you take your next photo. Final note: I didn't find the low light upgrade option was worth the cost. The iPhone camera does a good job on that.
Upgraded to ProCamera 9 yet?
I'm using an iPhone 6 Plus S and I am now using ProCamera with the HDR upgrade as my go-to iPhone camera for any dodgy lighting situations. The app has an interface that is easy to sort out- if you have the experience with using well-designed camera apps -and I'm very much enjoying the exploring the capabilities of this new upgrade. I've had previous ProCamera apps that frankly remained unused.
As regards app reviews, I read them before downloading and
typically ignore the hyperventilating that is posted, preferring instead to read those who are supporting the app writers with meaningful commentary and reasoned feedback. Also, I support the idea of in-app paid content upgrades. The additional charges should be no surprise -the App Store tells you they are offered.
