Love your neighbor’s living room paint color but they seem to remember the name? Not to worry - now, with the Project Color ™ app you can easily access any pictures on your mobile device camera roll, or take a new picture to get paint matches on. Simply tap the selected image to find the closest paint or stain colors available at The Home Depot that are a match. From there, you can easily choose to favorite or see that perfect color in your room or project.
FIND what you are looking for – Already know the color name or number that you are looking for? Not a problem! Use the ‘Find It’ function to search for that color name or number from the current available Home Depot paint colors.

Absolutely rubbish (sorry, HD)
I love my trips to Home Depot just as much as the next person, but this app was a major let-down. Since my iPad doesn't let me download apps anymore (go figure), I downloaded this paint app to my phone for my next paint project. But here's the catch: it doesn't work on the phones. Whomever's idea it was to change it for whichever update changed it from working on phones, you'd better hurry up and change it back, because this isn't working, and from the looks of the other reviews I read (to see if this 'glitch' happened to anyone else), people aren't happy. Not to mention, it asked for my email address? Unless you explain why you need my email on an app for testing paint colours, you might want to take that feature off the board, as well.
Thats all I have to say for now.

This app is awesome!!! I'm kind of surprised at all the bad reviews. I've had absolutely no problem with the app. It has made picking new colors so much easier. I have no issues with giving an e-mail address. It's a free, awesome app; if they want to send me junk mail, let them. (I haven't gotten any though...) Great job Home Depot.
