Protein-Tracker is an application made to help you track your protein intake. It is the simplest iOS app that you can use to get the job done.
It allows you to set your self a target goal (Protein/Day) and as you log different protein intakes, you can see today's progress
What is the best thing about the app?
One word, QUICK.
There are many apps available for iOS, but many of them require you to enter a lot of data and navigate through many screens to simply log an entry! It shouldn't have to be that complicated.
What makes this App different?
This app allows you to add your own list of food items and log an entry in a matter of seconds!
Having your own custom list means that you will have less things to filter out. There are applications out there with a huge database with all sorts of food items, Protein brands, etc. How many of those items, do you actually use on a regular basis? See my point?
So I hope that this app is useful for you, because that is what it was designed for.

Really nice and basic, a few bugs
Really great app, very simple and I like that you can enter all the information yourself and that it tracks your averages and history. I especially like that it doesn't track calories automatically since I have a history of disordered eating, and only liking to monitor protein to build muscle.
Unfortunately the "Feedback" doesn't quite work, and there is no alternative email to send feedback to, so I'm writing it in the review. Would be nice if the Feedback wasn't linked to the Mail account since I use a Gmail app and not the Apple Mail app. Also sometimes a date is missing (like March 27th).
This app is exactly what I was looking for. You create your own database of foods as you go for frequently used items. There's also an option to track protein manually without creating a new food or choosing from your database. You choose the daily protein target and it keeps a daily running tally of how much you've tracked. Best of all, it's quick and easy to use.
Simple, easy. Awesome.
You make your own lists of foods based on how many grams of protein per serving, so they can easily be clicked on to say you atr it, AND can use the + - buttons to say how many servings. Easy as mixing a protein shake. This app is all I need to very easily track my protein intake, especially since I eat the same foods every day. So easy. Thank you.
