No Longer Supported
This app worked fine for a few years. Now it gives me an error "No phone numbers available" when I try to login. Provident support told me they no longer support the iPad app - only the mobile version for phones. They should remove this from the App Store.
This has got to be the worst app for online banking that I have ever used. Citibank, Chase and Wells Fargo should of been templates to model their app.
1. Cannot setup external transfers. Must be done on laptop or desktop. Are the designers so out of touch that most people are doing banking from phones or tablets.
2. Cannot easily setup online bill pay again the developers are doing their best to make online banking a frustrating experience. Again developers consumers now do the bulk of their banking either via phones or tablets. Your apps should take notice of this. It's 2016 not 1996.
3. This part is strictly aesthetics judgement, but I find the layout messy which in my mind makes this less than appetizing to use.
The 3rd screen which asks 4 security questions is faulty. The next button is hidden so you cannot ever get through this screen. I tried multiple times and problem is still the same.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
