When registering, you will be asked to submit your Member Number. This number is the last 5-6 digits of your Account Number and can be found in your bank statements, in the online system or at the bottom of your personal checks.

Garbage, dump it
Unusable. This is from someone with 30 years of experince in software development. The layout is confusing and useless. When I drill into an account I expect to be able to see transactions etc. You get your balanace nothing else. After hinting and pecking you firn the menu in the upper left hand corner which is also useless. You accounts and it lands you back at the begining instead of a cleaner view. hitting the back button returns you to the landing page, not the menu you were just in. Hitting e-statemnts drops you right back to the website so what's the point? You can look things up in the app. Once on the site there is no easy way to return to the app. you click on an account and you are not taken to a balances and transactions menu but just them main landing page. No clue as to where you information really is. It has crashed on me with 500 errors which does not fill me with any confidence. A 500 error is a sign of slipshod software development. I shudder to thing what sort of serious defects, such as security defects, are lurking in the background. Also selecting the "close" icon sends you back to the landing page yet again so you have the thrill of starting over to find where you left off. Account setting are a useless menu there are only 2 optins which really does not warrant their own menu. I think we got robbed on this one.
This app is made for young people with a checking and a savings. Not for adults that have multiple accounts. It is very frustrating on a desk top, the transactions takes up most of the page and you have to scroll through the listings. I don’t want to see transactions until I want too. I want to look at my accounts all listed like it used to be.
I do my banking in the branch not direct deposit. I believe in personal relation ships. I have spoken with dozens off adults who are just as frustrated. We recently refinanced our mortgage with you only to find out we can’t access it through the site because it’s served by a third party, rediculous . I would have never have done that loan if I had known that. We have all of our accounts , vehicles , toys, mortgages with you guys because of your staff. The Lemay branch, Billy, your finance and loan guy is the only reason we are still with your credit union.
You might want to tell the geniuses in IT to start paying attention to the people who actually make your bank run, adults with money, not millennials who only understand social media. We are not interested in that crap. I am interested in efficiency and your app demonstrates everything but that.
I have three other banking applications and they all are much more reliable! I have had the same Log in issues others have had, even though I know it’s the right password, and I have Touch ID and it still would not let me in.. so Called Tech support...Tada!.... you guessed it it was on a Saturday so they were closed! Ok the bank being closed is one thing, but tech support for a very finicky app that has enormous problems! Come on! I had to wait several hours and try again and my touch log in worked. But it still is giving me a pop up that’s the internet is working..:. I have to hit ok to move forward and it does this on every link or page I move to!!!! I LOVED PSCU! Hopefully this app roll out is not an indication of how Canvas will operate! Now please if anyone at Canvas is reading this! UPDATE PLEASE!!!!!!!!! Give us any indication that you are listening! Send out a flyer apologizing for the errors and let’s get past this!!!! I want to stay, but I use online banking way too much for it to be so unreliable!
