What's New in Version 1.5.1
The description says it's a "0-50+" program but the first day begins with 12 pull-ups. Since there doesn't appear to be a way to set a personal baseline, the app is totally useless until I can do 12 in a shot.
It's also seems potentially dangerous to sell a one-size-fits-all workout program.
It's pretty good app. Does exactly what they claim to do. I have enjoyed it thus far.
