Honestly superb

I expect normally bare bones set ups on lifting apps and some big flaws here and there, but this app surprised me. It's nice to look at, easy to navigate, comes with many exercises and lifts already and a useful suggestion tool, many of which include instructional pictures to help if you are looking for something new on the spot at the gym. Quick entry of lifts is amazing, and for someone who counts rest time down to the second like myself, the timers that are easily accessible within the set entering page is extremely helpful. The only thing I would change, or rather add, would be the ability to set up a day format to enter in, while it easy if you have an extra 5-10 mins to set up a week or two in advance, being able to just click something like "Chest Day (Density Lifts)" would be extremely helpful. All around, of the many I've tried, this is the best lifting app on the App Store.

Constantly Freezes iPhone

I was very happy with this bare bones app for tracking my workouts for about 6 months. Then as of about 3 weeks ago it started freezing on me in the middle of my times workouts. It causes all apps and functions on the iPhone to stall. I wrote to the developer last week and have received ZERO response or feedback. I'm giving them until this weekend to fix the issue or contact me. There are several other free apps that I can convert to that are rated much better than this if not. I would not purchase until they address this issue.

Was great. Not anymore

This app was the best around for tracking my workouts. It had everything I needed, it was fast, and very user-friendly. But two months ago it started getting boggy and continued to get worse over time. One out of every five workouts the app is almost unusable. It freezes and then catches up a minute or two later. Sometimes it freezes so bad it locks up my phone. Please fix!!
