The Purple Cloud Store app enables retail stores to chat with their customers by sending text, image, video messages as well as location and contact info. Customers who have clicked a button on the store website or scanned a QR code will appear in the list of conversations on the app. The app also recognizes when the customer arrives at the store and announces the arrival in the chat.
