I feel stronger and healthier...

Don't take me wrong, this is miracle app. But by keeping up with the exercises, you feel stronger and healthier than ever. It encourages you to be healthier. Das is a güt app to work on your upper body for the ladies, ja!
I've tried so many different regimes, but this has worked the best for me. Building up the number of push-ups through increasing intervals really helps to push me all the way to the end.

Great way to build strength, pretty much painlessly!
