On Week 7 Day 3

This app is exactly what I was looking for. It gradually builds your strength, and you will amaze yourself. At each new session the workout adds more to the task. What makes me laugh, every time I see how many pushups will be added to the next workout I say, "I won't be able to do that," but then I do. The creators of this app have their numbers right.
I bought this app because at 44 yo my pecks were starting to look feminine and as a male i was embarrassed. Now they are firm and starting to fill out like man pecks again,lol. I can't wait to see the finished results.

Great way to build strength, pretty much painlessly!

Thanks to this app, I am not only strengthening my arms, but I am also standing straighter and taller. I'm 64, with zero natural upper body strength. If it works for me, it can work for anyone!... Update: halfway through the 2nd level of push-ups, and I am amazed at the improvement in my fitness and my posture. Love this app! 2nd Update: started 3rd & final level a couple of weeks ago - amazed that I am doing proper, full/body push-ups at 65!! This app works miracles!

Love this app!!!

This is a great app. When I got the app this past January I was only able to do 3 full pushups. My goals was to get to 100 by the 50th birthday. I was able to accomplish it. By 50 pushups I could see a huge difference in my arms. All the definition I had lost had come back. I am the only woman in my Taekwondo class who can easily knock out 25 full push ups. The others can not do full push ups.
