I wanted to become strong enough to do diamond push-ups since they provide a more comprehensive chest and arm development program than regular push-ups. This is the one app I found it gives me the flexibility to progress at a pace that is different from regular push-ups. Like many, it tracks your performance overtime and sets you up to do several sets with each workout. But it has allowed me to adjust to the greater difficulty of diamond push-ups.
This is a must have!
I haven't done push-ups in 2 years and definitely needed to start back up again. This amazing app has me about halfway back to where I was years ago in a flash!👍🏼 Nothing beats the automatic counting part too!!!
