„Nominated for Best Mobile Game at German Computergames Award 2018"
„I live and breathe for these brilliantly hand-crafted puzzle games that respect the player’s intelligence and time.“ – AppUnwrapper
In QB - a cube's tale, you guide the cube QB through a stylistic, rudimentary world. On his journey, QB is faced with great challenges. Various other cubes obstruct his way to the coveted black cube, which will bring him closer to his goal.
QB - a cube's tale is an isometric puzzler that manages to challenge you with very few elements. Each puzzle is hand-crafted and captivates with a very clear, miraculously minimalistic graphic in isometric 3D.
The controls are as simple as minimal. By simply swiping, you move QB one step in the direction indicated. If you rest your finger on the screen QB moves in the same direction until you lift your finger again. The rest results from the different mechanisms that are triggered by the other cubes.
The world is accompanied by atmospheric music and subtle sound effects, so you can concentrate fully on the tricky puzzles.
Your progress will be saved in the iCloud so you can guide QB across all of your devices.
QB - a cube's tale is only compatible with devices that have iOS 9 or later.

Ratings and Reviews
Interesting concept but awful gameplay mechanics
This game seems to be the bad result of what happens when you don’t program something natively. I am very disappointed in the reviewers who said there was no lag and the gameplay was smooth. This couldn’t be further from reality.
I challenge someone to compare how unresponsive the cube movement is in the game as opposed to the absolutely buttery fluidity of something like Monument Valley.
I am constantly having to swipe in the same direction multiple times to move one space in this game and I am running this on the absolute top of the line (at the time of writing this review in April 2018) iPhone X!
I would love to play Lee of this game but instead of being fun and relaxing, it is frustrating.
Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that you have had such bad experiences. If you like, feel free to send me an email and explain in more detail, what bothers you about the controls, because I hear this problem for the first time. That would help me. Thanks.
Love this game so much. I’m already on level 49 because I can’t put it down. Each puzzle is satisfying to solve and overall the game just feels great. Snappy, no lag, no nonsense. The only thing I miss is an undo button and the ability to see move count even after you get three stars.
Lean, mean goodness
This is a clean, polished, sneakily-fiendish little game with tons of levels. No fat here. Just great puzzles.
It ramps up the challenge in very a subtle way with each additional mechanic, but it’s always a clever combination of complications and intuitive minimalism.
Pure and almost perfect.
Thank you! :)
