Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
Access your data from HealthKit in a table so you can explore it using Numbers, Excel, R, or any other CSV compatible tool.
We hope our app helps you with your health and fitness projects. Having your HealthKit data in tabular format can allow you to explore it in a flexible way.
If you'd like to share what you learn, or need support with data collection and analysis, please take advantage of the Quantified Self Forum, come to a QS meetup.
What's New in Version 1.3
Adds the ability to tabulate the following reproductive health quantities:
Intermenstrual Bleeding (Spotting)
Cervical Mucus Quality
Ovulation Test Result
Health app needs this interface!
Obviously, I love it. The option to export the raw detail data (tabulate all data) for each measurement is a great addition. However, I would like the ability to export a date range (for example, the previous day, the previous week, the previous month or the previous year) and a previous/last switch (for example, last day exports 24 hours ending now, previous day exports the 24 hours from midnight to midnight). Finally, I would like to save all of the preceding options as a "named report" that I can select to consistently generate reports covering different data over different time ranges at different levels of detail.
Why isn't this built into the health app?
I'm taking a health class and needed to export all of my data so that I could present it in a report. Also I wanted to give my data to my doctor. While I think it's amazing that my Apple Watch and my iPhone can track all of this information it seems like a huge oversight on Apple's part that there's no easy way to get it actually out of the phone.
Thank goodness an app like this exists. While not ideal at least exports it in a way where I can manipulate it using Excel. I wish they would've named it something easier to find though.
Works well - needs small improvement
App has been great for getting the data to a spreadsheet. The one area for improvement is to send the data from health app exactly as is. I often take multiple readings of BP in quick succession - when this translates in QS it takes the highest or mean readings in a one hour time range which I don't want.
Could also use a start date for capturing data so I can update my spreadsheets more easily
