Latest Version May Work . . . Hope This Helps?

This latest app version stopped working after using this app for a year. So, I deleted, rebooted and reloaded the app multiple times. Nothing changed. Then I realized that I had very recently changed my ARRL website log-in to include special characters (@). No, I didn't forget the new log-in. I decided to remove the special character from my log-in and try the app again. The "Authentication Error" no longer appeared in the app. It seems to work great now and possibly a little faster than before. Hope this discovery helps?

You had a great digital product, ( from Texterity I believe) but it seems it an attempt to save money you have switched providers. The result is terrible. Since you are saving money with a new provider, I think it is only fair that you pass that savings on to your members. Since I am no longer able to read the digital version , I would like a complete refund on the magazine portion of my ARRL membership. What makes this worse is that since the old digital version was great I began to throw away paper copies of the magazine but now it seems I am no longer able to access past issues either. Please get rid of your cheap Digital provider and get back to Texterity.

Can We Get An Update?

Six months since the last update?
Can we at least have the option of "bookmarking" pages? Also it would be nice if instead of having to swipe the pages which is not always effective how about the ability to just touch the left or right pages to either go backwards or forwards.
If your going to tell us how great it is to get the print magazine in digital format then please make the experience worth it.
