The objective of this app is to help decision makers in service industries make better decisions about how to manage their service stations to improve customer experience and/or firm profit.
Simulate queuing to explore how arrival and service time variation affect wait times and the difference between the average wait times and individual wait times. Explore how adding a priority line, allowing balking and reneging, and adding multiple service stations with a single queue or multiple queues affect wait times.
