Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
Brightness control application! Much faster, easier, and more convenient than going through the Settings! We recommend you to put this app on your home screen and use it as widget. With the click of the app you can quickly change your brightness without even opening the app!
The idea behind our app is very simple:
-Set up your initial brightness settings
-Select 'Switch the brightness and exit'
-That's it! Switch back and forth between your brightness settings of High and Low with the simple push of the icon.
One Click Brightness!
-If you ever want to switch the brightness levels that you originally set go to Settings>BrightnessWidget>
Please Note: Due to Apple's restrictions the brightness settings can't be retained once your IOS device is turned off or goes into Sleep Mode. We're working hard to make this feature better.
Quick Brightness or QBright for short, is the quickest way to change the brightness on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch.
By simply launching the app you have a predefined brightness level.
No more going into the settings menu to change the brightness, just keep the QBright app on your home screen and open it whenever you want to quickly change your brightness.
--If you ever want to easily change your brightness of your screen you now can in 1 easy step
It really is that simple!
Again Please Note: Due to Apple's restrictions the brightness settings can't be retained once your IOS device is turned off or goes into Sleep Mode. We're working hard to make this feature better.
What's New in Version 1.0.9
We would like to apologize to all our users for the poor update the was sent in last week. The update was not executed right and in turn it hurt the app.
NEW UPDATE REMOVES ADS
One Major Issue & Some Smaller Ones
This app is great until you put your phone into "sleep mode". The moment the phone wakes up it goes into the lowest settings mode regardless what mode you had it set to.
If I have it set to high then when I wake up the phone I expect it to go back to high. No reason to have different modes if the high mode is temporary.
There are minor issues too. There should be a medium setting not just a high and low setting. And there should be a way to completely override system settings permanently not just temporarily.
Another useful feature would allow us to have a badge that tells us the current level if brightness.
But to me the major issue needs fixed to be useful to me. The device needs to wake up at the same level of brightness that I had it set to before it went to sleep.
I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because if you want just temp brightness or you never put your phone to sleep it has it's usefulness.
Just accept one limitation
REVIEW: App works fine. Just don't use it in the fancy configuration.
COMMENTS: Two* very similar apps (similar icons, too) have this problem:
In the potentially handiest app setting if iPhone turns off, when the screen comes back on the brightness returned to the Low setting. Then you Always have to activate the High brightness setting Every time!
Of the 3 operating modes, just don't choose "Switch Screen Brightness and Exit" and app will do an adequate job. You'll have to do 1tap to get the brightness control, instead of no (0) taps!
I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and use it in the perfectly handy "Disabled" mode where you can manually do a tap brightness change.
*even the apps' controls screen layout seems exactly the same! (??)
Works great again after this latest update! Thank up! Provides an easy way to flip back and forth between my normal half dim screen and a fully bright one in one quick step!
