Just what I was needed, but a few faults

Works the way I needed it, however just a few faults:
1. It doesn’t mirror the real time for some reason. Actual time might be 8:17am on phone, but mirrored on desktop might show 9:17am, or different. Doesn’t effect the phone, or desktop, but just odd.
2. Always delayed when plugged in and trying to recognize for devices. Sometimes I need to unplug and re-plugin, or restart app for my phone to be recognized.

Excellent app. Much more on USB than others

I use the app every week or more. It is great to be able to reliably view my iPhone or iPad on my MBP. I use it for getting videos and screenshots for development and testing purposes. I also use it for demos internally.
I find though there are other ways to record what I need, they all take a long time to set up, then turn on the recording and turn it off and sync etc. Instead I pop up QuickScreen and then record what I want, with both my phone and also websites from Safari or apps or whatever, on my screen at the same time. I use Camtasia to record and MonoSnap to screenshot but there are lots of alternatives.
Having 2 interfaces at once up (mobile and MBP) saves a lot of merging work.
With both QuickScreen and other USB mirrroring methods you need a high quality USB cable. Some "sync" and charge cables don't connect well. Could be internal wire breaks or cheap cables or in once case, my cat partially damaging a cable. Still charged but the signal was not reliable.
Suggestions: 1. Could you make the grey-space above and below the iPhone shrinkable? So I can get a larger image.
2. A pop-up to tell people if they aren't connecting, it may very well be their cable. Just beceuae a couple of people I referred to this app had that issue.
3. Have a Donate link on your website? Because I would send a few dollars your way for an excellent app!
These suggestions are just polishing. Thanks!

One of your first users thanks you.

I started using QuickScreen when it was still a bets version. It did not do audio at that time and I contacted the deverlopers and aludio was added in their next version. I use it in two classes i teadh each week with great sucess. I see the recent app update has macOS 11, Big Sur desktop so am looking forward to using it when updating to Big Sur. Thanks again from the US.

Developer Response ,

Hey, thanks a lot for your review!
We take customer feedback seriously, that's why we've implemented audio playback as well. Can you please update to QuickScreen 1.1 and try if it works now?
