Painful to write
I love this magazine, and I have loved it for years, first as a hard copy subscriber and later as a digital subscriber. Since this update, not only can I NOT get the most current issue; it is also impossible to access the previous issues I have paid for by subscription over the years. The newest update asks you to restore, which has always been straightforward, until now. Nothing will download. I have worked with iTunes support, and it is clear it is an issue with Interweave. I wrote to Interweave, and after several days, I called. The first person I spoke with was rude. The second was pleasant and said she would send the problem on to the appropriate person. Almost immediately I got an email saying they were overloaded and to write again if I still had the problem! I did. No help, no response. So I have paid for years of subscription and now have NO access to my paid for product.
I will be glad to write a positive review with 5 stars once I have access to my paid-for subscription. At this point, don’t subscribe. You will be paying money for an empty subscription.
I don’t know what legal recourse I have, but if they don’t fix this, they will need to send me years worth of hard copies to give me what I have paid for.
Disappointing for a company with which I have done business for years.

Can not get access to issues regardless of following the directions. Would love to change the review back to more stars if I could read the magazines..
Another week and I still can not get to my magazines. No response from customer service at all. If you want the magazine I suggest you get it from a newsstand.
Update: I have tried to many times to view my magazines. Each time and there have been may, that I have to go thru customer support to reinstall everything in order to read anything. It is getting truly ridiculous at this point and am not renewing my subscription. I am just going to kiss my online issues good bye. Again buyer be very aware.
I am unhappy, too
I am having the same problem as previous reviewer. I have happily downloaded And enjoyed the first 3 issues of my one year subscription. Now everything is a mess. I sent emails to Quilting Arts mag and Interweave and just got handed off to someone else. At the bottom of that email was an address at zinio. Did some research and found that they also sell the mag but I didn't buy from them. Don't know what's going on but I can't read my mag, all my old issues are missing and no one is helping me. Frustrated and unhappy.
