The first app in this category that I've found with real-time collaborations. Instead of showing "document conflicts" that then have to be manually merged, like Evernote, it just updates the portions of the note that changed, while I work on the other portions that haven't. (Plus it keeps a running list of changes so you never lose anything.) This has quickly become my goto app for capturing thoughts, links, todos, and sharing.
Really nice but lacking in one area
This app almost replaces my need for Google sheets. But one basic function holds me back.
I am trying to deploy this into the field at my business at it is great that it tracks changes. But most spreadsheets are larger than the iPhone screen.
The ability to zoom in and out of the view would be indispensable. My end users are not tech-savvy and have a hard enough time trying to track which column and row is the right one.
Other than that the app is very nice
I love this app because of the time saving it creates. The efficiency of everyone using the same document for communication prevents confusion and allows for people to catch up on there own schedules without missing a beat. It also prevents the missed conversation that happens when someone forgets to reply all and it prevents the irrelevant emails that occur when people do reply all. I love the efficiency and productivity it provides me and my team.
