Quit For Health is a motivational app to help those looking to quit or stay clean of smoking, soda, alcohol, chewing tobacco, and/or junk food.

Quit For Health will show you real-time statistics on your progress to help you stay strong and motivated. By seeing your progress, it may give you that extra push to follow through! Some examples include:

- How many years, days, and hours since your last cigarette
- How many cigarettes you have avoided
- How much tar you have avoided
- How much money you have saved

- How many years, days, and hours since your last soda
- How much sugar or aspartame you have avoided
- How much money you have saved

- How many years, days, and hours since your last drink
- How much money you have saved

Chewing Tobacco:
- How many years, days, and hours since your last chew
- How much nicotine you have avoided
- How much money you have saved

Junk Food:
- How many years, days, and hours since your last junk food
- How much money you have saved

Reach milestones one by one as time passes that will continue to encourage you to reach the next goal.

Quit For Health is customized to you. You can set if you're ready to quit now, or whether you intend to do so at a later time. Set your own goals by writing specific notes and/or uploading photos that are motivational to you. Easily reference back to them during the tough times.

Reach out to fellow quitters for help in our community section. Being able to communicate with other members can give you that motivational push you need when craving.

Set warning times for your usually craving times and we will send you a reminder to stay strong and keep you on track.

Good app

Good app for tracking time without your vise but I wish you could edit the time on the start date!

Love this app- communications could improve

As many other reviews also stated - I think this is an awesome app and it has helped me stay sober but the community board should be updated so that you can communicate with others if you'd like and have immediate posts. Love how it has a place where you can have a mini diary with photos for your own motivation. I also think the mile stones and reminders throughout the day are great. Overall, good app for self-help.


Good for tracking, bad for talking

Good tracker, nice to be able to see time and dollars saved accumulating together. Community board needs improvement. I like that text is limited, but posts take at least 24 hours to show up. So your "omg I need a drink right now someone tell me to step away from the booze" post doesn't show up until a day after you needed the help.
