This is how it works:
While you keep on smoking as you normally do, the Quit Smoking Assistant App will record and analyze some very important data concerning your mental and physical well-being right after you finish smoking each cigarette – as well as your opinion about each individual cigarette – your opinion about how nice the particular cigarette actually was (or better: wasn’t!). After you tracked 20 cigarettes this way, the Quit Smoking Assistant will be able to show you some confronting statistics about your smoking habits, statistics that will hopefully convince you to quit smoking once and for all, and – most importantly – enable you to quit without any additional help or guidance more easily. This app will show you that you are actually disgusted by most of the cigarettes you smoke - and you still know this right after you put one out - but that your addiction forces you to forget this fact and to think otherwise – that smoking a cigarette is a nice thing. Well - it isn’t nice at all, and this app proves this to you.
