Waste of money! I created a legitimate looking Quote and emailed it to an employer after previewing it. This was a mistake. They tried printing the PDF and it doesn't work. This was embarrassing and made me appear unprofessional. It's just insulting that I paid so much money for this garbage application.
Update phone number to show - not just one string of numbers.
Add in a discount field on each line item so different discounts can be used per item. Also discounts should be a % and it calculates $ off not how you have it.
Add a customer number in the customer set up form that shows on invoice under quote number.
Need to be able to add sales person or owners name under company name. That upper left area needs to be cleaned up. Love the logo import. Then under its company address phone website etc.
To the right where you have some info known should be rep name/owner etc with phone number or extension and email etc. After all we want to use this in the field.
I downloaded, used and then deleted this app. When I need to make a quote in the field, I DO NOT need to be forced to follow specific format requirements. I should be able to enter a first name only, a brief description and then type in a dollar amount if I choose. Being required to create a client with 3 or 4 required fields, and then being required to create the service with 3 or4 required fields is not helpful to me. This app has potential and has a nice clean look, but is too restrictive to be useful to me when I'm out and about and need to quickly create a quote...
