Fast, fun and user-friendly
I love this app! So many fun features! So easy to use and fast!
I see an item I must have on air and within seconds...I've ordered it! This app is a must have when a hot item is going fast and the phone lines are tied up.
I also love, that when I am on the fence about an item, I can take my time...read customer reviews, watch demo videos and just order an item at my own pace.
Another wonderful feature is the *Account page. Not only can I keep track of purchases, but also update my personal options, monitor returns and refer to past purchases. This is so helpful when ordering collection pieces for friends or family members.
When It's Good It's Oh So Good But...
I've been shopping from QVC for about 17+ years now and I've been thrilled with each new iteration for choices to shop, order and organize previous and potential orders BUT not sure what's gone wrong but ever since the last update it really is so very annoying to use the application for just about anything....today while trying to trade you some of my hard earned money for some absolutely nonessential purchases the app has crashed 12 yes 12 times so far 10 of those were all while just browsing the C Wonder line...so for today I think someone is trying to send me a message that I need to save my money for another time...QVC please help a poor lady out that just wants to shop....no more crashing, please!
Very easy to use.
Very easy to use, but some may find it more difficult to navigate.
I have used this app for a few years and have found things easy to find. However, when they updated it the last time some items weren't there, like "Items Recently On Air". It was only after sliding the page over I found what I was looking for. Those who don't have much experience with tablets may not find that easily. Perhaps something could be added to indicate the need to slide the page for more options. I love QVC's customer service and the way they listen to the customer and change things accordingly.
